Kayla began her career by studying and receiving her event planning minor at Arizona State. She was hired onto the team as a marketing assistant, but after years of watching her excel while assisting our other designers in their weddings and watching her lead all of our published wedding photo shoots, we knew we had to move her into training to become part of our Design team. After a year of training and another year+ with us, we found Kayla's sincere demeanor with our clients and families, firm attitude with getting the job done, and her strong aesthetic eye for all things weddings, makes her a top designer in the business. An added bonus we are lucky to have her: ALL of the wedding publications want to publish her weddings before we even get photos back - don't worry we won't publish yours unless you want to!!

 

Why do you love Weddings?   I am a hopeless romantic. Seeing a glowing bride stand hand in hand with her father — just before she is about to walk down the aisle — gets me every time. I also really love being a part of a couple's planning process, helping them bring to life their vision is what drives me.

 

What is your favorite past time? 

I love to read. My guilty pleasure is any romance novel by Nicolas Sparks. I can't wait for his next one!   

 

Tell me about your love for "pinning"? I am addicted to Pinterest. If I'm not searching for new ideas for weddings, I'm looking for new recipes to try and DIY projects to make. Follow me! You will be constantly entertained.

 

What makes you a perfect planner?  I have a passion for taking care of the details so you don't have to; and I believe every Bride's wedding should be uniquely theirs - so the details are really important to me. Being the wedding researcher I am, I of course have a ton of new design concepts I would love to share with you too - I did predict Pantone colors 2016.
