Stephanie is dubbed as the most fashionable girl in the SLIC office, which says a lot because our team is the most fashion forward wedding team in Arizona! She began working in the event industry at Aramark Higher Education, but her primary background is in marketing and sustainability. She uses this experience to help her clients save the most money they possibly can while delivering the most gorgeous looks possible.  Stephanie also worked in design and  marketing for a top retail and online e-commerce company called Furture Brands where she designed spaces for their retail stores. With a passion for design, she found Some Like it Classic, and we knew with her experience and incredible resume, we had to make her a teammate. We are lucky she found us!

 

Why do you love weddings?   I love getting to know my clients top priorities and making them come to life with their budget. Every wedding is truly unique and personalized to each couple. There is such a rewarding feeling you get when you see it all come together in the end and the joy of the couple. I love to consistently turn couples wedding-day dreams into beautiful memories.

 

What makes you the perfect planner?  I pride myself in being prepared, calm under pressure, easy to work with and have a real knack for thinking on my feet. I’m known for getting things done with an ability to drive projects on strict timelines and tight budgets. I use my design skills, experience and education to help me create dream weddings - and it's such an exciting process for me.

 

Favorite Pastime?  I enjoy reading & wine, hot yoga, photography, trying new recipes, & traveling. My most recent trip to Alaska flooded me with so many new beautiful design ideas.

 

What's a good adjective for you? Optimistic – I think having a positive attitude and a positive way of looking at things really helps the wedding planning process for my clients. Good things, real happiness, come to those who are patient with the design process.
